I found the attention to detail amazing, from the high quality furniture to the lovely crockery. The hotel's cleanliness impressed me, and its central location proved very convenient. Staff across all departments were helpful, including reception, breakfast, and the pool area. I appreciated the hotel providing a breakfast box for my early departure.
The rooftop area felt crowded with a few couples there, given its small size. Our double bed seemed smaller than expected, compared to other hotels. I did find the lack of natural light in the shower/bathroom a bit disappointing.

The room was cleaned very well every day. I loved the spa and gym. It was always quiet. The location is great. Many cafes and restaurants are within a 5 min walk.
The air conditioning system is only used in summer.

The staff greeted me warmly and handled my luggage immediately upon arrival. The breakfast offered a wide array of high-quality choices each morning. I really enjoyed the rooftop terrace. It was kept very clean and provided a relaxing space to unwind after exploring the city. The complimentary soft drinks and water in the mini-fridge were a lovely, thoughtful touch, replenished every day.
I found that the organization of taxi pickups was a little confusing given the hotel's location within a pedestrianized zone though, clarity about the exact pickup point would have been helpful.

The hotel has easy access from the airport. It also sits right in the heart of the city, a detail that made exploring local attractions quite convenient. It has a central position for many activities.

The rooftop infinity pool offered lovely views. I enjoyed the multiple seating areas there. The indoor pool was nice. I found the water warmer. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It offered a lot of choices.
I had some issues. The view wasn't ideal. The gym was smaller than I expected. I found a limited selection of free weights.

The rooftop dining was disappointing I waited 50 minutes for my order The burger was poorly prepared with frozen chips I found this unacceptable. A maintenance staff member entered my room without notice This was an alarming invasion of privacy. The manager's response was dismissive.
